Ilocano dialect.
Uki - a woman's private part
Innam - mother

Direct translation is your mother's private part. It is widely use in the Ilocano region and is common like saying F u in english.
If anybody says that to you, you can say, "ukinnam mit." It's like saying, same to you, because mit means also.
Hope this help.

I'm not really familiar with that word but I've just researched about it a while ago:
It's an Ilocano swearing: 'Ukininam' means, **** you (lit. your mother's ****).
OMG! It seems like somebody is screwing you.

That's a kind of swearing. A girl would slap you and a guy would box you on your face. That's how bad it is for Pinoys.
