Get a Kingston, your PC has 2 slots so I advice you to get 2 516 MB RAMs.

i use 2 x 1024mb & 2 x 512mb corsair xms2 pc6400 800mhz ddr 2 ram and it runs sweet plus it can also be overclocked slightly without any problems...
