An ISP who does not slap on a "fair usage policy", which basically means, in peak hours while your on the Internet, and they deem anybody as hogging loads of band width downloading big files, they can and will cut your bandwidth, as they deem this usage of bandwidth as "unfair" to the light users. unfortunately a lot of ISP's have this "fair usage policy" in place, because of the sheer numbers on line these days, so I would go for an ISP with no download limits, and don't have a fair usage policy, such as BT, I used to be with them, yes cost a bit more, but I never had a problem, unlike who I am with at the moment, cannot wait until May and I will be switching back to BT. Good luck.
