The guy giving out the shirts gave me an XL instead of an L and i was in hurry to see them, so i missed switching it. Any adivce would be helpful. Thanks.

The only thing that you can do is to wash it in hot water and dry it on high heat. If the shirt is made of mostly cotton then this should work some. Don't do this too many times or you will fade the colors. If it is a cotton and synthetic mix it probably won't shrink any. Sell it to one of your bigger friends.

Wash it in very Hot water once or twice depending on the material it will shrink about one to two sizes, so wash it and dry it on the hotest setting on your dryer to then try it on or put it against other shirts to measure and if it has not shrunk enough you can then wash it in hot water again and the same in the dryer, this should of shrunk it by now, don't do this however if it is pre=shrunk it won't work. Hot water, cold rinse, and throw it in the dryer instead of hanging it up.
