Because your period started at 11 and you are now 14 your periods should be regular now. I think it's a good idea to go see a gynecologist. I would recommend a female one because I think you'll feel more comfortable with one.

As for the discharge it sounds like you might have an infection going on there. Pls have your Pediatrician check the discharge out to see what kind of an infection this could be. Some types of infections such as to the cervix can cause bleeding as well.

I have had a lot of problems in the past with cervical infections and one of the symptoms I got during the period of 2003-2005 before I finally had it taken care of was irregular bleeding that would be a lot like a period.

Feel free to e-mail or IM me any time if you have more questions.

Irregular periods are a symptom of low progesterone the last half of your cycle. You can try a progesterone cream on days 15-26 of your cycle, with day 1 being your period. Pro-Gest is a brand you may be able to find locally.

When taking progesterone cream start out low and increase base on your symptoms.
Example:
1/4 tsp days 15-26
if you still have symptoms of low progesterone
add a second dose of 1/4 tsp.
Keep increasing by each dose by 1/4 until you feel better.
The goal is to take as little as possible, because if you take too much progesterone will convert over to estrogen.
The best book on hormones is by Steven Hotze.

that's because u have inflammation and i guess cos u started having irregular periods it means it went up to your ovaries. this is very very not good. honey. next time u have discharge u tell your mommy. this is very serious now, i hope she will take u as fast as she can to blood test, cos u need to start antibiotics treatment right away. inflammation can become chronic if untreated, your tubes will get clogged with it and u won't be able to have children. tell your mother go to blood test first thing on monday

about irregular periods - u can have irregular periods when u start, in your case at 11, maybe at 12. but not any more. after a year periods should become regular

Maybe it's a yeast infection. Doctors and parents freak out because.... that's what they do! Drink cranberry juice for a week. If it doesn't stop. as a doctor.
