Well you could hold your had over a fire, that would put you in contact with the real world real quick!
If you want to prove that fire is real and not just in your mind, well that I can't do for you. You can prove that "you" exist, because "you" think, and if "you" didn't exist then you couldn't think, but past that you are on your own, you will just have to choose to believe or not believe as you see fit. But personally I think it doesn't matter if it is "real" or "just my imagination" it is all that you have you should make the best of it.
