when i block it by pop-up blocker in tools menu (medium : block most automatic pop-up) then also it apperas. one site si www.fp.gad-network.com-crazy-girls which i don't want to open

www.fp.gad-network.com is a spyware site..

I use the browser Firefox and they have an excellent add on called Ad Blocker Plus. It is excellent for blocking all pop ups and in page ads. I recommend it.

check the options in the pop up blocker program, may you have given exemption to that website to the blocker program to not to block.

Check and remove that option.

you have to use a 3rd pardy software like pop-up blocker

you have 2 option:
use a toolbar with pop-up blocker
1- http://toolbar.google.com/T4/
2- http://toolbar.yahoo.com/
both of these toolbar are usefull on your problem
you can install both of them
