Divorcing should be a mutually accepted decision.
The partner who wants a divorce should talk to his/her partner about it with total readyness and understanding in order to be able to contain the other partner's anger and turn it into a discussion where the reason of divorce is explained and why it is better for both of you to divorce, and how things should be done (if kids are involved).
If there are kids, you should discuss the custody issues and financials and so on.
Try to be civilized and don't show the other person you want to get rid of them, just show them it's not going to work out between the two of you.
I hope this helps, My parents were divorced when I was 4 years old, am 24 years old now, and think about how life could've been if my parents put up with each other for their kids sake.

When you are strong enough to finally do it, run like hell and don't look back!!!!!
And be respectful and fair. Look forward to new experiences and relationships. It's one of those things that sucks no matter what, so be brave, and trust that you are going to get through it. Everything gets easier with time.

its not that hard court to the court house and asked for a waver so you dont have to pay file for a divorce and serve him and wait 30days thaat it good luck

join a group where the members have undergone the same things as you have. go out with friends who understand what you're feeling right now.
