I suggest you advice your friend to seek treatment. On our part, refrain from kissing until the blisters are gone. To be safe is better than taking the risks.

well i feel that if that person wants to get affectionate with you then they need to see a health professional but make sure that you take their feelings into consideration and what i mean by that is try to say what you want to say but in a very pleasant way and if being pleasant don't work then just do what you feel is best and hope that,that person will understand how you feel about the situation.
