If all you are going to be doing is street riding, not top gear full throttle then a turbo is better because turbos are designed to give power based on exhaust gas pressure, which increases as you put more of a load on the motor, so it can give power throughout the rpm range
NOS is designed to give more power at full throttle high rpms only otherwise it doesnt give you its maximum available power and if activated at low rpms it can damage your motor
And unless you want to strap a bottle of NOS to your back you will only be able to carry enough NOS for about 30-45 seconds worth of GO FAST JUICE whereas a turbo is permenant . The Downside to turbos is that there is limited space on a bike to mount a turbo and it costs a lot more , but not as much work has to be done to the motor as with NOS such as low comp pistons, retarding timing etc.

Both for the best. Because come on... entire Nos system can be done below 300 bucks, and Turbo set up? it will cost you 3 grands. If you have the money to get a Turbo going, woulnt hurt to Nos it as well.

Turbo will give you more bang for your buck, and while you're at it, get a sweet metalflake picture of a squid painted on your helmet so everyone can pick you out of a crowd.
