Not that I would know from expierience but maybe some rid. Like they use for head lice. Its a pyritriun. Its what i would do before my suicide attempt. use the comb too or shave down there.Good luck.

Shave all the hair down there off. Unless it's chiggers...then ya need medication

if it's your pubic hair, smear it with vaseline, and then comb.
If it's as bad as you say, then you need to see a doctor.
