There are some ways to help sleeping:
1. Set a routine before bed (your body will automatically think that its bed time)

2. before bed do something relaxing (hot bath, soothing music etc.) this will help a person fall asleep and stay asleep

3.do not eat or drink 3 hours before bed (there is more blood going to your digestive tract causing your heart to beat faster and this will make it harder to relax.)

4. Wake up and go to bed at the same time every day even on weekends (this will help your body adjust your biological clock to tell yourself to wake up and fall asleep.)

5. make sure your comfortable set the temperature to a comforting level dress in loose fitting clothes and a comfortable bed.

if you follow these steps (which may be difficult) it could help your daughter

this used to happen to me also if:

1. i spent a week sleeping too much

2. i had something on my mind which caused me anxiety (eg exams, worrying about something, etc)

3. i ate too much

4. something exciting happened and i couldn't take it off my mind easily.

hope that helped! parhaps the best you can do is maybe talk to her and try to see if there is a problem. maybe she is just seeking attention. give it to her, but remember not to overdo it. she's 15, so she needs someone who understands the phase she is going through. good luck!

She might have anxiety of some sort, she is a teenager. Regular exercise might help.

Could be due to eating and drinking too close to bedtime.
