Hello,
I am going away for a couple of months. But my debit card is due to run out soon.

I was organising UK post office redirection. Will my bank card be allowed to go through redirection?

Or do the banks not allow this?

Dont want to change my address as just temporary. But will need my card as it will run out half way through my trip.

C

depends, banks dont always send ot cards by normal post for security reasons so you may find the card is sent out by special delivery which could cause a problem. if you are still going to be in the uk why dont you ask your bank to send it to the branch which is nearest to where youre going to be staying. that will solve your problem and then you can go into the branch and collect it

It's not really anything to do with your bank. Once they post it then it's the Royal Mails responsibility to get it to you, if you have told them to redirect your mail then that's what they'll do.

Why not arrange for collection at your bank.
