i just got my CCNA and i almost doubled my salary. i was working as a network admin at a local high school and now i am with the county Board of Education, working on routers and only routers.

no more pushing cables through walls. :-)

you will certainly increase your chances of getting networking releated jobs (assuming by CCNA you mean Cisco Certified Network Administrator)
