I understand that some people think that Asian females are gorgeous so they manipulate their way into show business, however. . .why do Asian males have to sit back and watch instead of being in television?

TV in Asia is not serious business. Most sops and sitcoms are based not on career / professional lives but around the domestic lives of individuals or families. Asian male being very career and profession oriented is therefore lesser suitable in TV.

Females have the qualification to be employed on television. Males didn't apply for the job. Evidently they have other talents as simple as that.

because they are not seen as beautiful or good looking in the eyes of the media. You have to have "it" in order to be on tv and movies.
