i suggest spyware doctor and norton anti virus. I use them in my win Vista Ultimate. Works great.

Bullguard anti-virus. http://www.bullguard.com This is the best one I've used. In the site, you can download the 2-month full version for trial. Give it a try, I'm sure you won't regret. It worked great on my laptop, scanned and cleaned all the virus norton or mcafee cant.
