That depends on the problem. Run away is unacceptable. Fighting, not in the sense of personal fighting, for sure we have to fight with the problem.
First be cool, immediately it is impossible, be patient with in couple of days you can be so and then approach the problem intellectually not as per your emotions.
For God's children it is different give to Him and the Holy Spirit in you will guide you, just pray and wait.
