DNA analysis would not be able to tell the difference between identical twins, but it can tell the difference between any other siblings.

If this test were going to be performed one would want to inform the DNA testing facility that the two samples were from brothers, because it is possible that siblings could have very similar RFLP patterns which would make the analysis a little more difficult than in the standard situation.
