WOW that was funny, I know what u mean the first thing the pops into ppl's heads when u say ur dieting ,they always say have a salad, but sometimes its just not filing enough, Well I can suggest a couple ,I think when it comes to Fridays, they have Atkins plates, chili's a lean tilapa (fish) plate with veggies & rice I think, also, u can get a protein burger from carls jr, they also have a protein breakfast burger or sandwhich too, as well as in N in out, with the lettuce wraped around it instead of the bun, Iknow cause thats what my brother eats right now, and hes on a diet and let me tell u he has lost alot of weight, But now in days mostly all restuarnts have a special menu for calorie watchers and if u go to a restuarunt that doesnt have anything healthy just share your plate or cut it in half or save it for later!, just ask, dont be shy or embarresed its for you health , who cares about what anyone thinks I hope I was able to help

it's hard to eat out and know that you are eating well. chefs often just load on the butter and sugar and salt to make thigns taste better cheaper.
b'fast - fruit salad and cottage cheese, toast, poached eggs
lunch - tunafish sandwich, turkey sandwich, light on the mayo and if you want a salad - get one!!!!!
dinner - chicken, baked potato, grilled meats,
a good way to avoid eating too many calories when out is to drink a lot of water and leave food on your place. portion control is key.

breakfast: stick with fruit, and egg whites, lunch or dinner, i suggest grilled or skinless chicken or a deli sandwich just go light on the condiments. You could also eat boca burgers (they really are good and Im not even a vegatarian), theres rice, alot of food is actually healthy but us americans fatten it up with all the excessive condiments.

for breakfast, i would suggest not eating scrambled eggs if you're eating out. you don't know what they're mixing in there and more often than not it's just gross.
go for a sunny side up egg and a piece of toast with some fruit. that should be good and healthy.
