Go to http://www.LocoDomains.com get a domain for $8 and add hosting and a shopping cart and you'll be all set.

buy your domain name
find someone to host your domain
usually the hosting company will give you the domain free
if you host with them.
personally i use www.dreamhost.com
(the host will provide your DNS entries)
to get you started you can first use a free host
and maybe a free template
open source website templates www.oswd.org

Domain Name- names of websites that you need to buy.
eg- www.amlan.com
parking- Buy and keep domain name to yourself while you design your website
DNS- Domain Name Server... huge server which stores address of different domain names
WebHosting- Service to store the data which makes up your website.
