Let's see....
His father was a bootlegger during the Depression. He was a smuggler of illegal goods from Canada to the US. The Kennedy's obtained their money from this, and also foreclosing on peoples lands that suffered during the depression. In other words, they exploited the poor to gain riches for themselves.....and then.......JFK came along...
JFK was a true politician. Couldn't tell the truth if it killed him. He made promises to the resistance fighters who attempted to oppose Castro by telling him that they would have support of US naval power and US Air Force cover during the "Bay of Pigs" invasion. He never kept the promise. Those poor Cuban people were left stranded on the beach to be captured by Castro's Communists, imprisoned, tortured, and some executed. Some are in Cuban prisons to this very day. All due to a Kennedy lie.
Kennedy was a womanizer. He bunked with everyone but his wife.
I don't have enough space here to discuss his corruption during office.
Needless to say, he wasn't the big hero every tries to make him out to be. Perhaps the assassin did us a big favor.

He started the US involvement in Vietnam,, and kept adding troops. Gee that went well, or ,eh..Cambodia went to Pol Pot for the population to be butchered, Laos is full of unexploded ordinance. Then he got shot in the head and made a saint.

None. Absolutely NONE. His contributions were to him and his family. Not much humanity there either as other responders have pointed out so well.

CJ I agree his image is bloated but it is not OK to assasinate...I didn't like President Clinton...I voted against him and then I waited him out....
