being a lecturer allows you, in fact forces you, to be a learner. First, you must prepare all that you will teach, during which process u myself learn a lot. Secondly, you must find ways of helping your students to understand their assignments.Thirdly, u must then try to understand and respond in a helpful way to your students' ideas. Fourthly, you must force yourself to be creative, because if u deliver a boring lesson, your students will feel bored. And to be creative, u must learn more.
Moreover, a lecturers job is not (and does not need to be) a routine. If you find yourself bored with doing the same thing over and over again, you have only yourself to blame. This is because a lecturer has a great deal more independence and control over what he does than many other professionals do.
Also, you may find a lecturing job a "people job." It involves interacting with students and helping them to interact With each other. A good teacher will make his ideas alive, and will awaken idea in the minds Of his students, In the process, he will benefit by getting to know his students and their ways of thinking.
In sum, there is a great deal one can get out of being a lecturer . . those who are suited by temperament to be teacher,it is a perfect job.

A lecturer is a person who has authority and expertise in the field related to the subject he undertakes. Your wages would really depend on the contract or agreement with the company or institution whom you want to handle. It could be a relaxing career if you are an expert on your subject. With all the questions that will be raised after a meeting or lecture, you have to be armed with ample knowledge to tackle it all. Hence, it all depends on You and your knowledge to say that its worth it all.
