O.k. I have a program that will find broken shortcuts in my PC system. I deleted some files from one of the users on the computer from my admin. then later decided to get rid of that user. Well in short the files I deleted have left a trail that is considered a shortcut, and are confusing my mechanic program. Because where they came from is no longer there. I think. I can't figure this out.

Woah, sorry people I meant internal shortcuts. Like when you delete something it also goes into a file called recent so it's not really gone. So, Sys Mech yes the latest version7.1... please continue.

It's more than shortcut "icons". What happens is like when you close your browser without logging out... broken link... slower PC reaction.
