Last month I spotted for 10 days, this month I was late, but started on the 16th with heavy cramping, but not much blood, by this evening the flow is heavier, but theres no clots, and its really pink. I took a hpt yesterday and it was negative. I dunno what to do. I have never been late before ( except when I was pregnant ) and this pink bleeding is freaking me out. Is that bad if its that color? Does anyone know what can make the blood a diffrent color like that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are probably fine, but of course you should always see a doctor if you think there is any possibility of a problem!

The heavy bleeding, cramping, and pink blood does not sound unusual. Sometimes women with light flows occasionally have heavy flows, and sometimes they just have a lot of cramping. Your hormonal levels are constantly changing as you age, affecting your menstrual cycle.
As far as pink blood...it is probably pink because-as you said-your flow is heavier and it is leaving your body quickly. Basically, the longer the blood stays inside of you, the darker it becomes. Likewise, it is lighter/pinker if it leaves your body quickly.

I've known a lot of women that reported the same problem you are having (and it has happend to me as well) and there was never a problem. However, if you are still concerned, go see a doctor.

Depending on your age, but spotting is not normal. Make an appointment with your doctor and let him figure this out. Don't just worry and worry for days on end, get his help and answers now.

Best of luck to you.
