I don't know what it is, but I think it's best to send your letter to a sports magazine or newspaper. The most important sports newspaper in Italy is La Gazzetta dello Sport, and their web-site is www.gazzetta.it. I'm sure they have an address or email where you can contact them. Good Luck.
