You have a Browser/Homepage hijacker. The name of the site would be more helpful. All the important info in the Registry entry is cut off due to the shortening this site automatically does to anything that does not have spaces.

SmitFraud Trojans are Browser/Homepage hijackers and this may be what you have. These two sites have free programs that remove Smitfrauds.

Sounds like a virus. hkey_local....is in the registry, and thats where viruses like to be. You can try to reset your home page in the internet options in the control panel, just to see if that will work, but if it keeps doing it, that it is almost certainly a virus (more specifically, a hijacker).

Your browser may have been hi-jacked. Do a complete virus/spyware scan. get a firewall, and re-set your browser preferences.
