Anyone know when Sammy might be added to fantasy baseball? and will he be a 2 day waiver or first to find him on there gets him?

When added he'll go through the waiver process unless you happen to draft your league just after he's added. Because of the name recognition he may be added sooner, but often non roster players going into spring training, or [players who didn't play in the major leagues the previous season don't get added until they play in a regular season game. Unless it's a deep league, Sammy is done and I'd pass on him.

He should be added next week because he was just named to the 40 man roster on Thursday for Texas.

Even if he is added there is no reason to pick him up.
