I had the same problem, I tried to find the answer for a few days before I gave up. There seems to be an issue with internet explorer and flash.
Now I use FireFox, I have not had one problem since I installed this new browser......

It is more of a problem with flash player. It took me three trys downloading it to get it to work properly.
