You can easily do this on a calculator and see how this function will behave, but I will give you some tips. when you have a number to the right of the decimal remember that it is a rational number, a ratio, 0.6= 6/10. that is less than 1 so when you take a number between 0 and 1, then raise it to a higher power . You are raising the numerator and the denominator it is still a ratio and still less than 1. because the denominator is larger to start with it will increase faster than the numerator. I'll give you some examples.
(1/2)^2=(1^2)/(2^2)=1/4
(1/2)^3=(1^#)/(2^3)=1/8
(1/2)^4=(1^4)/(2^4)=1/16
so, you see what happens as the powers grow when you look at numbers between 0 and 1, they get closer and closer to 0. that would be a decrease

0.6= 6/10
so you can write (0.6)^ t = (6/10)^t
so if the power increases the F(T0 will decrease.
it is decreasind .

0.6^1 = 0.6
0.6^2 = 0.36
0.6^3 = 0.216
0.6^4 = 0.1296
It looks like it's getting smaller to me. . . .
