Not to sound preachy but you're only 14 years old. Why in hell would you need to pull an all nighter in the first place? Your "head eke" is telling you that you are too young to be doing such a thing.

However, if you didn't take any uppity substances and you truly just could not sleep (naturally), then perhaps you should drink coffee. I can't think of any other option (nor would I recommend any other option). Coffee contains caffeine and caffeine really works. Since you are only 14, please take in moderation. If you take too much you will a) feel anxious b) feel jittery and c) feel severe stomach discomfort - trust me, you wouldn't want this at school. As the saying goes, "a little dab will do ya". Good luck!

Ibuprofen or Tylenol for the headache. Jet Alert (from Wal-Mart) is way cheaper than No-Doze or any other brand name, and is still caffeine based. Eat larger than normal meals and get in a good brisk walk or two during the day. Extra calories can replace sleep on a VERY limited basis, and exercise helps keep the metabolism up and helps keep you awake...

Take caffeine pills for NO MORE than one day at a stretch. Make sure you get to sleep tonight, even if you need something like a Tylenol PM (get the generic... cheaper!) or a Benedryl (generic = diphenhydramine 25mg per pill -- take 1 or maybe two if desparate). Plan your schedule to include a good 6 - 8 hours of sleep... Pills are NOT a good long term solution for staying asleep or awake... trust me, I know!!!!

caffine and energy drinkg may give u a boost but what comes up goed down harder! i read an article that energy drinks will make u more tired. drink water to hydrate (dehydration also saps energy) and try to eat a well balances meal (even a sandwhich and fruit) to give u sustained energy instrad of a big sugar hit followed by a crash. plus go for a walk or something cos as soon as u stop and sit for a while u will probably fall asleep

Well your smart...

Drink some coffee. Get some energy gum if you can. (Stuff taste like **** but does the job.) And during class after you finish your work take a nap. (Thats how I get through the day.)

coffee only helps for a short period of time after you drink it, like a few hours so there is a drawback that you will feel even more tired afterwards. urm, i would recomend drinking sour lemon juice cause it is more effective. the best is to sleep!

Ouch, that's rough. Coffee doesnt really help me at all, but I would try it for yourself because it does help some people. Also, make yourself a good breakfast and watch some TV while you cook. Keep active.
