a) When someone is drowning and you are the only lifeguard on duty
b) When you have just jumped off a cliff and are heading toward the ocean

the wrong time to say u don't know how to swim is when you get in some water.and knowing that you don't know how to swim.then u are more then likely to drown as in go under water.and hopefully it some one out there to save u from going under or keeping you from drowning.
