England and Sweden have state religions, but aren't theocracies and still observe a State/Church separation.

All Marxist States have a state religion, because the State replaces the individual human's concept of God.

They just don't admit to being a Theocracy. Truth, like power, is reserved for the State.

That's any country that separates their laws or constitution (if they have one) from their national religion. IE, the USA
