hmm... if you are really sincere you can tell her that you are really sorry and explain to her why you messed up.if she does not accept give her some time to let her come down. then re explain it to her again. sooner than later she will see that you are really serious with it and she will probably forgive you. then tell her that you will not make that mistake ever again. if all else fails, then try to get a friend that is close to both of you and that you can trust to help you. explain what has happened and maybe she can help you resolve it.

Possibly. It is natural to drift apart though so maybe you need to decide how much of a positive influence this person has in your life. If it's a hassle to try and be friends let them go. It's easier and helps you grow as a person.

Theres a limit to when one can "mess up so many times"
First mess up is ok and always can be forgiven.
Second mess up, you just werent thinking and your given one last chance.
Third mess up, you did it purposely and werent obviously thinking of your friend or werent thinking at all!

That would depend on the other person who is on the receiving end and their tolerance and patience level. It would also depend on their love for you and if they feel that you crossed the line.

i think its hard to do that because bad things between this friendship can be happen again and again. then i shall ask myself that is it worth for me to continue this friendship.
