It is better, especially if you have added more accessories or are planning on adding more. Such as a stereo or anything that will consume more power. Usually the manufacturer will set up the electrical system based upon what is already running plus one additional 12 volt accessory. If you have more stuff that you are powering, then you will need more power to keep stuff like the fuel injection(if equipped) at correct voltage. The sensors also have a certain amperage that they run on.

Yes, a little bigger battery will not cause a problem.

Yes, the more amps the merrier. This will not damage your electronics and makes it even easier for those cold morning starts, and to handle all the electronics especially if you are using almost everything at once.I even went so far as to use a marine battery in my truck. When I went fishin, I'd pull the battery from truck to use on my mini kota boat motor. After using for several hours and stopped fishing.I put battery back in truck and went on my way as if it was never used.

If it has more CCA then that much better for the vehicle. More power to start.

Buy it from a place like Auto Zone. Less hassle if the battery goes out after two months. They keep the records in the computer. Those other shops that sell batteries, you better have your receipt. Also if you come to San Antonio, Texas and your battery goes out. Why just hop over to the local auto zone and get a replacement. If you buy from a local garage you better hope you have the receipt and not too far from him if the battery ever goes out.

Should not be a problem. The voltage is more important, but all modern truck batteries are the same voltage. The starter motor and other electrical devices will only draw the current they need. It just means you can run more things at once without draining the battery.

12V 100Ah rated battery is more than enough for your truck. If your is of 24 V system, get 2 connect them in series.

You may need to modify your battery holders!

Don't need to go into too details with these cranking amperes. It all happen within few seconds and is over.....

yes. more cranking amps don't hurt your truck. the more available amps the better. your truck will only use the amount of amps needed and not any more.

Check the manufacturer for proper battery. The more the better isn't true, you can damage by having to much. Just because you have a jet engine, does that mean you have to put it in your escort ?

Definitely. If you are in an area with colder temps, I recommend it highly. 780 for a truck bat. is sure not over kill in the first place.

Not only is it OK it is better. You'll have a little extra in case you ever need it. As long as the physical size is OK and posts are located correctly go for it.
