Ok buddy , but you got some catching up to do . Ive been on these Rapid Slim diet pills for 2 weeks . They work BUT,, they make you have hot flashes and get real moody the first couple of weeks !

im not into loseing weight, but building some mucels... sorry, but its so hard to get into the habbit of doing push ups on daily basis... >=-(
