No. People who say that it works are in on the spam scam. Read the fine print. In addition to taking a survey, which it uses to send spam and offers that you might be interested in, you have to buy or subscribe to offers from the sponsors. Not only do you have to do it, but you need a bunch of your friends to also sign up and buy/subscribe to offers.
