Well, I hope your asking for the purpose of trying to conceive! lol! I think missionary style is suppose to be your best bet. Think about it, isn't thats the way God intended it?

when we were trying to conceive, I laid at the edge of the bed and he stood. Works like the missionary, but less spillage when he tried to pull out/climb off. BUT I did the same thing that Sharpie did and lay with a pillow under my hips for 15-20 minutes after sex. I was told to do this by some of my nursing home patients......I figured ain't no one gonna tell me how to get pregnant like a woman with 10 kids. Anyway, we also got pregnant on the first month we tried! I am guessing that whole man-n-top and pillow-under-hips things are the way to go!

My husband and I decided to try and have a baby. Everytime we had sex that month it was missionary style. And then I would lay still for 15-20 mins with a pillow under my hips I hear it helps the little guys swim upstream better. Fortunately for us, I got pregnant the first month we tried.
