The answer to this depends upon 3 factors ...

(1) What kind of volume are you talking about?
(2) Is this going to be carbonated or not?
(3) Cans or bottles?

For small volume non-carbonated, all you need is mixing vats, filling equipment, and something to seal the container. It's cheaper for small volumes to use bottles because the equipment for capping is much cheaper and easier to find that can sealing equipment. And, for cans, your minimum order quantity will be very large.

If the product is going to be carbonated, you will also need equipment for injecting carbon dioxide gas into the liquid. And, for maximum effectiveness, you will need to chill the liquid (otherwise, the carbon dioxide will evaporate before you get it sealed).
