A nice fantasy. But if new and deadlier weapons were enough to stop people from killing each other, wars would have long since been a thing of the past.
And the notion of a world government at this stage of our so-called civilazation is equally a fantasy. Name me even one nation that will surrender it's sovereignty without a fight. Not going to happen.

they thot tha same thing when they invented tha machine gun many years ago did it prevent wars no it killed more people in tha name of my country or your country so a new weapon will not solve tha problem what will solve tha problem is when mankind learns to accept our differances from each other and learn to live with it and share our countrys and tha bountys from them with each other
