Like it or not, energy drinks are probably the best thing in your arsenal. There are quite a few, so you're bound to find one that's at the very least bearable. I recommend rockstar. Just find one with taurine in it, it's really potent stuff, and should really help you out. You might also think about having some water handy so you can rub some on your face, it helps. Being cold helps too, so if there's any way you can accomplish that, I'd do it.

I've tried a lot of stuff to stay awake and pull all-niters. I'm like immune to coffee right now. But some really strong "awakening tea" always does the job. try black coffee. chewing a pack of doublemint gum. drinking coke or sprite gets me active for about 15 minutes then i get tired. a quick cold shower stimulates your brain a little bit. doing yoga ahaha. good luck studying.

Whatever you take, I DON'T recommend those no-doz pills..I got really sick from taking them before. And being stupid, I also drank Mountain Dew shortly after taking them, which made me sicker! My other advice is just to try to give yourself an extra hour of sleep. It may seem hard to squeeze it in, but that extra hour will work wonders. If your sleep is interrupted throughout the night, that can also keep you real tired. You can check the links below for some high energy snacks and some things to avoid.

Black tea. Constant Comment, Earl Grey or English Breakfast.
But not too much because caffiene can actually affect your memory, as can most other stimulants. You are better off studying until not past midnight and getting a good rest, then trying again in the morning.

alot of caffeine and sugar (like coffee, soda) dehydrate u which makes u feel weaker & will make u jittery, hard to concetrate and feel low when it wares off, like they said drink water- eat low fat food with protein or complex carbs like yogurt, fruit, cereal with grains- get up & walk around once in a while to stretch, give your eyes a break, if you're fighting to stay awake set the alarm & take a 15-20 minute nap, it will refresh u- play feel good music

Just drink lots and lots of water. I used to do this while studying for nearly 16-17 hours a day.
Drinking water not only keeps your system clean, it shall also keep you cool less frustrated, fresh and shall have nice sleep too, to be fresh next day to be on with your studies.

When I was in Iraq and had to stay awake for guard I would use caffiene pills. That 5 hour alertness drink they sell in gas stations works too.

Go for a brisk walk, do some stretching, eat some fresh fruit, and focus on breathing deeply for 5 - 10 minutes to reduce stress

put up a goal of yours and its benefits. for instance a picture of the college you want to attend or that pile of cash youll get when you work hard for all the things in your life. tape these motivational tools to your wall right in front of where you are studying. to keep it fresh, find new things to put up on your wall every week. it will make you want to stay awake if you want it bad enough. also orange juice and upbeat music at a low level usually help.
