my fiance is going to prison and still has one more court date how or what do i need to do so we can get married at his last court date

There is only one reason I can think of why you would be considering this wedding. He has taken the fall for you...or plead guilty to keep them from prosecuting you right along with him. This is not the time to marry but I suspect he has talked you into it because conjugal visits are no fun with only one person.
Write him letters...every inmate needs someone to help keep them into the world and don't believe all his grandiose plans for after his parole comes through...it's just jailhouse BS speak.
While he's incarcerated get yourself back into school/college because if you stay with him you are going to have to be the bread winner even after he gets out. The majority of parolees have become institutionalized and sitting on the side of the bed like they did on their cot serves to pass the day.
Move on with your life.

If you're seriously even contemplating getting involved with a felon, you really should think about why. You're worth a helluva lot more than some inmate who can't even commit to the law, let alone a marriage. :)

the judge will think your out of your freaking mind instead of sentencing your fiance he might send you both to a mental hospital id forget marrying a convict he'll get out and get in trouble again i know my husband was in and out of jail and prison you can get a better man this one is trouble im separated now from my husband

Try to do something smart and don't show up for the wedding!!! If it is for a conviction for a violent crime, drugs or stealing why get stuck with a loser??

Get some counselling. Better yet, get yourself committed. You should not be out in public, you should not be getting married, and just in case this crossed your mind, you should most certainly not be breeding.
