depends where in texas i belive so since texas has a slight diffrent age of concent law.

example

your daughter is 17 as long as i am not OVER 20 the law of the state of texas allows a sexual relationship.

i belive that she may be able to move out

It is my understanding that the child must be 18 to be able to move out of parents' home without permisson.

I think in PA minors can legally emancipate themselves, but you have to go to court and present your case. I am not sure about texas. Good luck.

I wish I could help you but I know the legal age of adulthood for females is 18..You may want to contact the police dept. and ask them ..I hope all goes well for you..But call them and they will be able to tell you the legal age in your area...God bless

no, i don't think so, my neighbors 17 year old daughter ran away and she was brought back to her , then left again when she was 18 , then no one could make her come back.

i think you should let her , i my self am wanting to move out.
just make sure that she has a phone at her new house and a loving partner too protect her while beeing away from you!
remember ; she will only be a call away!
