Ever heard of a card game called egyptian rat screw?

How do you play? I remember having to slap two cards if they showed up back to back or if they made a sandwich (ie 7,8,7). What else?

The object is to get all the cards and its all about going as fast as you can! You deal out the whole deck and then alternate laying cards down. If one player lays down a Jack, the next player has one chance to lay down another face card or an Ace. If they don't the person who laid down the Jack gets all the card currently in the pile. Queens are two chances, Kings are three, Aces are four chances. If you are the first to slap a double that is laid down, you get all the cards in the pile. If you slap and there are no doubles the other player or the last player to lay down a card gets the pile.We never slap cards that make a sandwich, but I'm sure people play it differently everywhere. I just wish there was another name for it! But it could be worse. When I lived in Belize, they called it Strip Me Naked! Who knows why?!? :)

I remember it as Egyptian Poker, but the main rule is that if a face card showed up, the next player had a certain amount of cards to play another face card:

Jack = 1 chance
Queen = 2 chances
King = 3 chances
Ace = 4 chances
If there were Jokers in the deck, they got 5 chances.
If someone failed to play the face card, then the entire stack went to the person who played the last face card.

You also had to hold your cards face down and play them without looking.
