nope, if it is small, i can't do a damn thing about it. Also, if you're nervous about the size of your penis, you either have some sexual concerns or you just entered a very strange donut tossing contest. Assuming that its the sex concern would lead me to this conclusion...
If you only using your cock when you have sex, you haven't really figured out how to have sex yet.

I think most men lack confidence in that area.
Why is it considered "macho" to have a large penis?
