I could have sworn this was a 80's movie. but the only reference i can find to it is a tv movie in 1990. Of course wth things like Pet Cemetary being 1987 and such maybe it is 1990 but seems older.

I'm a little confused by the question, but if you are asking how many times has Stephen Kings' It been made into a movie, then the answer is once. It was made into a made-for-tv movie for the Lifetime Channel in 1990.

I'm pretty sure there was a movie in the 80's called It Lives. If I'm remembering the right movie, it had Rowdy Roddy Piper (the wrestler) in it. There was also a sequel, It Lives Again. Hope my memory is right on that.
