You can bleach yourself but it is permanent and if you look like sheet of paper, you can't change back. And mostly it will probably not look right on someone. If you can tell when someone has a tan, I don't doubt that you can tell if someone is bleached.
Skin lightening creams risk scarring, and a lot of times it works temporarily, so your color will come back.
The best remedy is a dose of self-love. You are tan, then deal with it... There is nothing wrong with that.

I could not see either picture.
However I would suggest that you work with your skin color rather than change it. I am not sure how much damage you might do your skin by continually applying something to change your natural skin color
