All the Final Fantasies are independent stories, so getting it here would be next to impossible unless you asked for each plot separately. You might want to check out http://www.gamefaqs.com and read a few of those walk through. It might be hard to understand without playing, but it is something. I recommend beating up your brother so you can play the games for yourself. Just as a little bit of story here is the plot of the original Final Fantasy game that i did up for someone else's question. Enjoy (and the person asked for how to say the names which is why you see it in parentheses next to the name)

The Plot of Final Fantasy ....

***** SPOILER TIME *****

A long time ago the world was shrouded in darkness. The land was rotting, seas were turbulent, the winds had died, and fires ravaged the land. Our heroes job ... save the world from Chaos.

Four children, each holding a orb appear, on the foot steps of the Kingdom of Coneria (Cone-re-a) claiming to be the Warriors of Light. To test the children before him the King of Coneria give them the task of going to the Temple of Fiends of recover the princess Sarah (Sa-rah) who had been kidnapped by the hero-turned-villain Garland (Gar-land). Just as Garland opens a giant portal the children rush in and defeat Garland. The portal is closed and Garland is no where to be found. After bringing Sarah home a bridge is erected in their honor. Sarah also give them her Lute which she held on to during her kidnapping.

Next on their journey they find a old, blind witch named Matoya (Ma-toy-a) whose magical crystal was stolen by the Dark Elf Astos (As-tos) after being contracted to make a potion to kill the Prince of Elfham (Elf-ham). Leaving Matoya the children make their way to the port city of Pravoka (Pra-vock-a) to find the town is overrun with pirates. The children challenge and defeat the the pirate leader that somehow attained the position despite the fact his name is Bikke (Bee-key). The children win a ship from the pirate lord and are able to make their way south to the Kingdom of Elfham to find that the prince had hoped, but merely asleep. The children discover that Astos is after the kingdom and the royal crown was hidden in a marsh cave far to the east and protected from Astos. It is also discovered that the elves have a magical key that can open any lock and would give it up as a reward for awaking the prince.

The four children venture north to an old ruined castle to find a King who claims he can awake the Price of Elfham if the children venture into the marsh cave and recover the Crown for him. upon return to the king with the crown you find out that the kind is the Dark Elf in disguise. After boasting about having both the Magic Eye from Matoya and the Crown of Elfham, the children kill him and take both items. They then return the eye to Matoya in exchange for an antidote to the sleeping drought she originally made. They then awaken the Prince, return the crown, and accept the key.

The children venture back to Coneria and use their newly aquired magical key to unlock a door to the Treasure room. There they find some TNT. They take the TNT to the dwarfs, who talk a lot like they are Scottish, and their chief engineer Nerrick (Ner-rick) who makes a canal that the boat can get though and make it to the outer world.

The first place the warriors stop is the village of Melmond (Mel-Mond), here the warriors find that village is dying because earth is rotting away and crops cannot grow. Also in the village there is a professor by the name of Dr Unne (Oww-nay), who is an expert of ancient languages and ruins. The find out the sage, Sarda who lives to the west had an item that will unlock the route to the Alter of Earth, but Sarda has been cut off from the world by a Titan who loves to eat rubies (expensive diet). The only known ruby is held by the Vampire who lives in the Cave of Earth. The children then venture into the cave, defeat the vampire, recover the ruby, and free Sarda from his imprisonment. Sarda tells the children that they have to go father into the Cave of Earth and hands them the Rod (which is nothing more than a glorified crowbar) to move the plate and open up the last level of the Cave of Earth. Back to the cave they go and find the Alter of Earth guarded by the Arch Fiend, Lich. After the warriors defeat Lich they place the Orb of Earth on the Alter.

Next the warriors head east to the City of the Crescent Lake and the Circle of Sages. Here the children are award with a canoe which they use to make their way to the volcano, Mount Gurgu. Inside the volcano they encounter the next Arch Fiend, Kary. The warriors make quick work of Kary and place the Orb of Fire on its Alter. Upon returning to the Circle of Sages the children hear rumors of a magical flying boat that is buried in the desert to the south. To resurrect this ship they need to go north to the Ice Cave cave and recover the Floater, a Magical stone that can make things fly. After recovering the Floater the children go to the desert an claim their newest toy, the Airship.

The children then spot a castle alone on a island along the way to their trip to the north west. Unable to find a place to land they choose another island to land on. Here they find a underground society known as the Wyrms (a group of nice dragons not the use the sword as a toothpick type of dragons). The leader of the Wyrms, Bahamut (Ba-ha-moot) will grants his powers to you, if the children can recover the rats tail from the Castle of Ordeals. After slicing their way though a lot of zombies the children bring the tail back to Bahamut who makes them adults (They get to skip that whole voice cracking puberty thing).

Continuing north west the warriors find a traveling merchant bazaar. Here they buy a fairy from them and continue on their way to the city of Gaia (Guy-ya). Inside the city the warriors meat a man name Kope who tell a story of a shooting star that landed in the waterfall to the north. Also they learn that an evil man had captured the towns guardian, a little fairy. Not wanting to look like that bad a of group and buying a town guardian the warriors let the fairy go. Grateful the fairy brings back the Oxyale (Ox-yale) a device that will allow people to breathe underwater. They also discover that the Alter of Water in just below the city. They venture deep into the Shrine of Water (somehow having 4 of them survive from one Oxyale). Inside they find a Slab with ancient writing on it. Later they meet up with the Arch Fiend Kraken, defeat it and lay the Orb of Water back on its Alter.

As the warrior start breathing air again they venture to the Waterfall to find a Robot (Ro-bot) there. He gives the Warriors a cube and tell them it is to reach the Floating Castle. Finishing up the with the Oddball items found on the journey out intrepid heroes make their way back to Dr. Unne who translates the Slab and teaches the warriors the language of the Lefeinish (Le-fane-ish) and ancient civilization that must have died long ago ... or did they.

Traveling back to the North east part of the world the warriors find the city of Lefien (Le-fane). The warriors are awarded a Chime to allow them to enter the Mirage Tower in hopes of entering the Floating Castle and destorying the last Arch fiend, Tiamat (Tee-a-mot). Using the cube to teleport into the Floating castle the warriors take down Tiamat and restore the Orb of Air to the Shrine. As the warrior bask in their accomplishment they look upon the world as everything begins to worsen and from above they see the four fiends converging on the Temple of Fiends.

Quickly the heroes regroup and venture forth to the Temple of Fiends. There they find the portal Garland created is open back again. The brave warriors step forth only to be teleported 2000 years into the past. There the warriors find a stone slab and play a song on the Lute to open it up (THAT must be why Sarah was kidnapped in the first place).

As the warrior venture deeper and deeper into the temple they come across the fiends again, but this time at full power. One by one Lich, Kary, Kraken, and Tiamat are defeated again. As the warriors accend the final stair case of the Temple of Fiends our heroes turn to face their final foe... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... GARLAND?!?!?!?

Once again the heroes take out Garland, but he sacrifices his body to transform into the Grand Arch Fiend, Chaos (... how really didn't the game tell you that you had to save the world from Chaos on the first screen and you didn't believe it). An epic battle ensues and the Light Warriors destroy Chaos/Garland and teleport back to their time. Because the Arch Fiends were all killed in the past no one remembers except the Light Warriors.

The orbs are restored and the world is saved. Congratulations.

On a personal note I think a little more is going on here, but some might be lost in translation, or maybe I just am thinking a little more in depth they an 8-bit game. There are also some plot holes like ... Where did the orbs come from and why did four children have them? Why does no one see Garland jump into a portal? ...

Personally I would have had it where the damage by the four friends would not have occurred until after Garland disappears
