What is a good reason to watch or read the newspaper for these days?

I've seen that nobody reads the paper anymore what does that tell you about our society is'nt it scarry to know that a lot of people dont care anymore what happens around them?

they don't need to read the paper. everything they need is on the internet and retrievable in 5 seconds, either in video or articles
