its in the system drive so i cant format it too. i am really stuck here. so help me out

That's a virus. A computer at my work had the incident. You have to reinstall your operating system. And next time try to use more safe antivirus programme, ok? Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can you find the file and which folder it is in by looking in "Your Computer" ? The initial download will be on "C" and stored. See if you can find the folder and where it is stored and remove it from the computer by deleting it. CAUTION !! only remove it if you know it is the exact download. If you can not delete the entire folder, open the folder and start deleting the parts inside and eventually the cover folder can be deleted as well.. IF, you downloaded a program, you will have to go into "Control Panel" and open "add and remove programs" and remove it from there.
BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU DELETE !!

Try to delete it in safe mode if you've not already done so.
