From the top of my head, I know 30 cm = 1 ft and 100 cm = 1 m.

1m*(100cm/1m)*(1ft/30cm) = (100cm)*(1ft/30cm) = 100/30 ft = 10/3 ft = 3 1/3 ft or 3 ft, 4 inches

[ (1/3 ft)*(12 inches / 1 ft) = 4 inches]
